Thank you for shopping at Bufalo d'Oro. We are pleased to offer shipping to our customers across Europe and around the world. Here you will find the details of our shipping policy and procedures.
Order Processing Time All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We are pleased to offer free shipping to customers in Europe, the USA, Canada, and the United Kingdom on all orders over €130, $150 USD, or £140 GBP. Please note, this threshold is calculated on the order value excluding VAT. For orders to these same regions that do not meet the free shipping threshold, the shipping cost will be calculated and displayed at checkout. The estimated delivery time for all shipments to Europe, the USA, Canada, and the UK is typically 3-7 business days.
For all other international destinations, shipping costs are also calculated and shown at checkout. The estimated delivery time for these orders is typically 5-14 business days.
Shipping Carriers We partner with reliable carriers to ensure your order arrives safely and on time. The shipping company used may vary based on the destination country:

USA and Canada: We generally use FedEx and DHL.

European Union: We generally use DPD and DHL.

All Other Countries: We generally use FedEx, DHL, or Express Mail Service (EMS).
Please note that we may use other shipping companies if they are considered more efficient or convenient for a specific destination.
Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at bufalo.d.oro@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes Bufalo d'Oro is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
